Peter and Sebastian were wonderful to work with! We replaced windows on the front of the house and the front door. They provided a catalog to go through for the front door with so many options! It was nice to be able to see pictures and bring our vision to life. The install for both the door and windows was seamless, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We worked almost exclusively with Sebastian, and what sold me in the beginning was the transparency on the pricing. We had gotten quotes from multiple other installers and they not only charged for labor but they up-charged significantly on the doors. I very much appreciate that Rooster didn’t do that. Sebastian also hung onto one of our doors until we were ready. I had to dock one star due to us feeling out of the loop on progress. When it came to updates on dates, availability, follow-ups, etc we felt that if we didn’t ask we might not find out expeditiously. Aside from that, I appreciated their quick and solid work once on sight, and I would use Rooster again.
