If you are looking for a family dental practice on Chicago's North Elston Avenue, Just Smile Family Dentistry is at 6121 North Elston Avenue, Suite 2. Jadwiga Samulak, DDS, also known as Jagoda, leads the practice, whose staff provide care in English and Polish.
General and restorative dentistry
The practice lists dental examinations, white fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures. Its service information also covers dental X-rays, oral cancer screening, endodontics and oral surgery.
You can review separate pages for conventional dental crowns and CEREC crowns. An examination and discussion of your dental history help establish the options for a damaged tooth, missing teeth or ongoing preventive care.
Cosmetic dental services
The cosmetic dentistry section describes teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, bonding and implant-related care. Smile makeovers are also listed, bringing several possible services into a discussion about your goals and dental condition.
The practice explains its approach through consultation, treatment planning and professional maintenance. Your proposed treatment should identify the procedures involved, alternatives and follow-up arrangements; results and suitability vary with individual circumstances.
The team and your first visit
The current team page introduces Samulak alongside a practice manager, dental hygienists and an assistant. The website provides new-patient registration, financial-policy and privacy forms that you can review before an appointment.
The office is near Interstates 90 and 94 and publishes weekday appointments with selected Saturday mornings. Its contact page contains two differing schedules, so your booking confirmation should establish the time of your visit. Insurance and payment information are available separately, with coverage dependent on your plan and treatment.
